Kaitlyn Falk

Kaitlyn recently joined the firm in 2022. Prior to starting at Goetz and Eckland, Kaitlyn worked in employment litigation and municipal defense. She was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Hildy Bowbeer and a Certified Student Attorney at the University of Minnesota Law School's Child Advocacy and Juvenile Justice Clinic, representing inmates serving life without parole (LWOP) for offenses they committed as juveniles. Her passion for the law allows her to go above and beyond for her clients and provide creative problem-solving solutions to complex legal issues.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and trying new restaurants.
