Goetz & Eckland’s insurance coverage and advice group has broad experience in representation and consulting on a wide variety of insurance coverage issues for insurance companies and businesses. Our team has significant experience in resolving insurance disputes in first- and third-party claims. We work with clients to resolve coverage disputes before litigation, but when necessary we zealously represent clients in declaratory judgment and contract actions in state and federal court.

Our attorneys are frequently retained to consult with insurance carriers during the pre-suit claim stage to provide legal advice regarding insurance coverage and claim handling.
