Michael S Rowley

Partner

Michael primarily practices in commercial and residential construction. He has extensive experience representing all types of parties, including cities and school districts, private owners, design professionals, contractors and trades. His practice includes all aspects of construction, from contract review and drafting, to claims involving mechanics liens and bonds, to construction defects, contractual indemnity and insurance coverage. Michael has worked for over fifteen years in representing contractors in moldy house cases.

When not in the office, Michael can be found roaming the sideline of his daughter’s St. Paul Blackhawks soccer games, attending MNUFC games, and continuing to remodel and restore the 93 year-old stucco foursquare home he shares with his wife and two children in St. Paul.

My Philosophy

There are always two sides to every story. And in high-stakes litigation, there may be three or four! I believe the key to successfully representing my clients is to understand all angles of the case from every party’s perspective. Through a varied practice, I have represented clients on all sides. The ability to anticipate the claims and arguments allows me to help my clients manage risk and achieve results that work.
